ELIZABETH (BETTY)
BANGE,
104, of St. Louis, MO, formerly
of Salisbury, MO, born January 23, 1904 in Salisbury died June 5, 2008
at Mary Queen Mother Center in St. Louis, MO. Ms Bange worked for South
Western Bell Telephone Co. in St. Louis for 44 years and 4 months before
retiring in 1969. After retiring she moved to Our Lady of Life Apts. in
St. Louis. She was a member of the Society of Josephine’s and a member
of Telephone Pioneers of America.
Ms. Bange was preceded in
death by her parents: Joseph and Minnie (Widmer) Bange; three sisters
Ida Roling, Agnes Vasser, and Jean Williams; three brothers Frank Bange,
Edward and Henry Bange. Survivors in clued nieces and nephews Ida Mae
Williams, Jean & Al Monnig, Mrs. Bob Roling, Rita Tebbe, Mildred Brand,
Carol & Bud Jarvis, Mary Jane & Al Ripperger, Joanne & Larry Gheens;
several great & great great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation is 9-10:00 a.m.,
Monday, June 9th with Rosary said at 10:00 a.m. at the Summerville
Funeral Home in Salisbury. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday
at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
