WILLIAM "BILL" LEWIS
LENTZ,
86, of Salisbury, MO died April
3, 2008 at Chariton Park Health Care Center in Salisbury. Bill was born
May 10, 1921 in Marceline, MO the son of John and Clara (Graves) Lentz.
He married Mary Louis Wright on October 30, 1946 in Brunswick, MO and
she preceded him in death on December 14, 1991.
Bill lived most his life in
the Salisbury and Keytesville area. He served in the U.S. Army during
WWII. He was the owner of the Keytesville Locker for many years, and
after moving to Salisbury own the Salisbury Meat Market. He was a member
of the Keytesville Baptist Church and the Keytesville Masonic Lodge #
74.
Bill is survived by two sons;
Dr. Rodney Lentz and wife Julie of Osage Beach, MO, Howard Lentz of St.
Louis, MO; a brother Everett Lentz of Keytesville, MO; sister Mary Alice
Newman of Moberly, MO; two grandchildren Marc and Jackie Lentz; several
nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 10 –11:00 a.m.,
Monday, April 7th, at the Summerville Funeral Home with services
following at 11. Burial in Asbury Cemetery south of Keytesville.
