SALLY ANN PERKINS, 62, of Keytesville, MO died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at her home. Sally was born June 21, 1949 in Excelsior Springs, Mo the daughter of Dewey and Ruby (Russell) Graves. She married Edward L Perkins in Keytesville in April 1992.

Sally attended St. Louis University. She worked as nurse, truck driver, bartender and assembly line laborer for BHA. She was a talented artist and writer. Sally enjoyed her family, friends and parents.

Sally is survived by her husband Edward of the home, her mother Ruby Graves of Florissant, MO, a son Jason Graves of Florissant, MO, two step- daughters Angie Billue (Troy) of Salisbury, MO, Rachel Yung (Sam) of Glasgow, MO, four step grandchildren Jordan Perkins, Mitchell Henke, Caitlyn Yung, and Allyssa Yung. She was preceded in death by her father.

Sally was cremated, and a celebration of life service for Sally Perkins will be held Saturday April 7, 2012 from 6p.m. until midnight at the Upper Room at Sherry's Place in Keytesville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chariton County Sheltered Workshop. Services were entrusted to the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury.
