OPAL F. MINOR,
93, of Salisbury, MO died
Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the Brunswick Nursing Home in Brunswick.
Opal was born September 2, 1918 in Keytesville, MO the daughter of
Arthur and Clara Frances (Cook) Minor.
Opal was a mail order clerk at
Montgomery Wards in Kansas City, where she lived most of her life.
Opal is survived by a sister
Sue Magill (Jim) of Garland, TX, a nephew Steve Dunivent, a great niece
Alyson Dunivent, and a cousin Mary Nan Liposchak of Overland Park, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Dewey Minor, a
nephew Brian Dunivent and a niece Connie.
Visitation is Saturday,
February 4, 2012 from 9-10:00 a.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in
Salisbury. Graveside services will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the Salisbury
City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salisbury
Senior Center.
