JANICE LINDA RUTHERFORD, 62, of Nashville, TN, died Friday, June 29, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Janice was born December 15, 1949 in Moberly, MO the daughter of Ralph and Eleanor Ruth (Green) Bennett. She married Gerald “Jerry” Rutherford on June 5, 1971 in Keytesville, MO.

Janice was a graduate of Keytesville High School class of 1967. She was an English major at NE Missouri State (Truman State). She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ.

Janice is survived by her husband Jerry of the home, her father Ralph Bennett of Keytesville, MO, two sons Joe Rutherford of Des Moines, IA, James Rutherford of Nashville, TN, two daughters Julia Rutherford of Columbus, GA, Cathy Myer (Fred) of Nashville, TN, two grandchildren and two step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Eleanor on March 2, 2012.

Visitation is Tuesday, July 3, from 9-10:00 a.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury, with services following at 10. Burial in Keytesville City Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the Keytesville City Cemetery or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
