THELMA MAE STEVENS,
87, of Brunswick, MO died
November 26, 2011 at the Brunswick Nursing Home. Thelma was born January
19, 1924 in Sweet Springs, MO the daughter of John and Bessie (Clark)
Barnes. She married Ernest Stevens on January 19, 1946 in Marshall, MO
and he preceded her in death on May 8, 1996.
Thelma was a homemaker and
volunteer contact person for Oat’s for several years. She was a member
of the First Baptist Church in Keytesville.
A brother Charles Barnes of
Owensville, MO, several nieces and a great nephew, survives Thelma.
Visitation is Wednesday,
November 30th from 10-11:00 a.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in
Salisbury with services following at 11:00 a.m., with burial in Mt.
Pleasant Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt Pleasant
Cemetery Association.
