RUBY KILPATRICK, 96, formerly of Salisbury died March 11, 2010 at Enterprise Estates Nursing Center in Enterprise, KS.  She was born on September 21, 1913, in Salisbury. Until she entered the Brunswick Nursing Home in 2005, Ruby was an active individual in the Salisbury community. She was a member of the Salisbury Methodist Church and took loving care of her aunts and uncles.

Ruby is survived by two daughters: Martha Ann Archer (Robert), Tipp City, Ohio, and Susan Taylor (Bruce), Chapman, Kansas. She was grandmother to Rodney Garner (Ann), Tipp City, Ohio; Tanda Garner of Port Clinton, Ohio; and Tracy Anne Smith (Gregory), Galesburg, Illinois. She leaves great- grandchildren Benjamin and Ellen Garner; Tiffany Zimmerman (Scott); and Kaitlyn and Hannah Smith. Her great- great grandchildren are Sarah, Joshua, and Andrew Zimmerman. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Hugh Charles Kilpatrick and her mother Anna Blackwell McElfresh. She also leaves behind those wonderful people who helped her find her way when memory began to fade.

Pastor Jane Crooks will conduct the services Monday, March 15 th at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Burial was in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Salisbury. Memorials may be made to Enterprise Estates Nursing Center or the Enterprise United Methodist Church, both in Enterprise, Kansas.
