LILLIAN ADELL
MORRISON,
87, of Salisbury died April 2,
2009 at Chariton Park Health Care Center in Salisbury. Lillian was born
March 24, 1922 in Bynumville, MO the daughter of Fritz and Anna (Stansaschka)
Pleyer. She married Walter Patrick Morrison on September 11, 1943 in
Wien, MO and he preceded her in death on August 16, 1999.
Lillian was a lifelong area
resident. She had worked numerous years as a CAN – CMT for Coy Nursing
Home in Keytesville and Chariton Park Health Care Center. Lillian was a
member of the Salisbury United Methodist Church.
Two sons Phillip Morrison of
New Madrid, MO, Kenny Morrison and wife Myra of Keytesville, MO, seven
grandchildren and two great grandsons survive Lillian. Preceding Lillian
in death were her parents, husband, two sisters Catherine Morrison and
an infant, and daughter-in-law Helen Ann Morrison.
Visitation is Noon until 1:00
p.m. Sunday, April 5th with memorial services following at 1:00 p.m. at
the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Memorial contributions may be
made to the Salisbury United Methodist Church or Howard County Hospice.
