KIRK RANDALL
"PACKRAT" BARTHOLOMEW,
52 of rural Salisbury, died
Saturday, October 10, 2009 at his home. He was born January 7, 1957 in
Moberly, Missouri the youngest child of Harold and Donys (Dowell)
Bartholomew.
“Packrat” was co-owner of
Perkins Auto Body Shop in Salisbury for many years. He was also engaged
in farming until 1989.
Survivors include a son Chris
Bartholomew of Salisbury, Stepdaughter, Brandy Wells of Moberly, three
brothers, Richard and Roger Bartholomew of Salisbury and Lonnie
Bartholomew of Blue Springs, MO; five sisters, Cathryn Penrod of
Claycomo, MO; Janice Boss of Salisbury, Donna Enyeart of Blue Springs,
MO; Linda Perry of Clifton Hill and Cheryl Penton of Vandalia. Seven
grandchildren including Trey Wells and several nieces and nephews. His
parents and a brother Ronald Eugene Bartholomew preceded him in death.
Graveside services will be
held Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 1:00p,m, at the Fairview-McCurry
Cemetery North of Salisbury. Visitation will be from 6 till 8:00p.m,
Monday at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Memorials are
suggested to the Fairview-McCurry Cemetery Association.
