JAMEY LEE McCUBBINS,
18, of rural Clifton Hill, died
November 15, 2009. Jamey was born June 6, 1991 in Moberly, MO the son of
Ricky McCubbins & Lisa Ardery.
Jamey was a senior at
Salisbury High School, where he had participated in football 4 years,
varsity club 3 years, FFA 2 years, and Skills USA. He was a member of
the Kaseyville Baptist Church. Jamey enjoyed hunting, fishing, and
anything with watersports, dirt bikes and horse riding.
Jamey is survived by his
father Ricky McCubbins of the home, mother Lisa Woolston and husband
Shawn of Rolla, MO, brother Jearmy McCubbins of Clifton Hill, MO,
paternal grandfather James McCubbins of Clifton Hill, MO, paternal
grandmother Helen McCubbins of Salisbury, MO, maternal grandmother
Carolyn Cruse of Salisbury, MO, several uncles, aunts and cousins. He
was preceded in death by his stepmother Charlotte McCubbins on August
18, 2007.
Visitation is Thursday,
November 19th from 2-8:00 p.m., at the Summerville Funeral Home in
Salisbury. Services are Friday, November 20th at 2:30 p.m. at the
Salisbury High School Gymnasium. In lieu of flowers the family suggest
memorial to the Salisbury High School Weight Room project.
