GAVIN DEAN GRIFFIN, infant son of Steven and Cindy Griffin died August 23, 2009 at Columbia Regional Medical Center. Gavin is also survived by his brother Maximus Henry, paternal grandparents Patrice Vollratus and husband Bill, maternal grandparents Marion and Vivian Bales; maternal great grandmother Evangeline Striegel ; paternal great grandfather Ernie Green and wife Ricky, several uncle, aunts and cousins.

Memorial mass is Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury.
