EVERETT BLIEFNICK, 87 of Salisbury, died Saturday, September 5, 2009 at his home. He was born December 12, 1921 in Salisbury the son of Louis and Mattie (Hildebrand) Bliefnick.

Everett served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII; he was a lifelong farmer and member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church where he was involved with many of the church activities.

Everett married Juanita Heddesheimer on December 12, 1945 at the Immanuel Lutheran church in Salisbury and she survives of the home, other survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law; Wanda and Paul Durham of Salisbury and Nell Jean and Louis Billue of Salisbury, four grandchildren and five great grandsons, two nieces and two nephews. His parents and a sister Irma Heddesheimer preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 10:00a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Salisbury with burial in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation in Monday from 5 till 8:00p.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Memorials are suggested to the Immanuel Lutheran church or cemetery (perpetual care fund).
