JOHN ARVA BEAN,
56, of Salisbury, died February
22, 2008 at his home. John was born September 23, 1951 in Booneville, MO
the son of Jay Lee and Mary Frances (Davis) Bean. He married Kathy Abeln
on June 7, 1984 in Keytesville, MO.
John worked as a cutter for
the Biltwell Factory, and for the past 20 years as a laborer at Monnig
Industries in Glasgow. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church
in Salisbury. John enjoyed riding around and going fishing.
John is survived by his wife
Kathy of the home; a daughter Courtney Bean of Mexico, MO; a step-son
Eric Greer and wife Ashley of Medford, Oregon; a brother Gary L. Bean
and wife Sharon of Glasgow; a sister Bonnie J. Ray and husband Jim of
Blackwater, MO; a step granddaughter Olivia Greer. His parents, and a
brother Dennis Bean preceded him in death.
Rosary will be said Monday,
February 25th at 9:30 a.m. at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury,
with Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 on Monday at the St. Joseph
Catholic Church in Salisbury. Graveside services are Noon, Monday at the
Pilot Grove Cemetery in Pilot Grove, Missouri. Memorials may be made to
the John Bean Memorial Fund.
