DAVID CONROD BAUMANN, JR, 71, of Huntsville died Friday, June 15, 2012 in Provo, UT.

David was born August 28, 1940 in Huntsville, MO the son of David C. and Ruth M. (Hawkins) Baumann.

Mr. Baumann married Ethel Kaneer on September 23, 1966 in Huntsville, MO at the First Baptist Church. She survives him.

David graduated from Huntsville High School in the class of 1958. He served his country in the Navy and the Army National Guard. Mr. Baumann owned and operated Dave’s TV shop in Huntsville until going to work for AECI as an Instrument Technician. David was a member of the Huntsville First Baptist Church, Huntsville Lions Club, Huntsville Historical Society, Huntsville Horseshow Committee, and served on the Huntsville Fire Department. He enjoyed computers, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Ethel Baumann of Huntsville, MO; two sons Don Baumann and wife Cindy of Jefferson City, MO, John Baumann and wife Debbie of Jacksonville, MO; one daughter Kim White of Huntsville, MO; two brothers, Jim Baumann, George Baumann and wife Teresa; four sisters, Mary Ann Haggard, Patsy Boland, Catherine Bagby and husband Terry, and Norma Ealy and husband Jay; six grandchildren, Isaac Baumann, Chloe Baumann, Steap Crutchfield, Oreta Baumann, Brannoc Baumann and Austin White.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Huntsville First Baptist Church. Inurnment with full military honors will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at the church. Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville are in charge of arrangements.
