SIBYL I WOLVERTON, 85, of Huntsville died May 12, 2009 at University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia, MO. Funeral Services will be held 2 P.M. Friday, May 15, 2009 at Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Moberly. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Patton Funeral Home.

Sibyl was born June 11, 1923 in Timbo AR. to Lloyd and Ethel Dodson Richardson. She Married Howard Wolverton on Oct. 7, 1944 he preceded her in death on September 19, 2006.

Survivors include one son, Harold Wolverton (Robyn) of Winnemucca, NV; four brothers, Hugh Richardson (Sue) of Moberly; Clois Richardson (Lola) of Mountain View, AR; Dewey Richardson (Lorene) of Eudora, KS; and Don Richardson of Little Rock, AR; one sister Mona Hayes of Mountain View, AR; four grandchildren; Chuck Wolverton; Michelle Wolverton; Rita Templeton (Curtis); and Zack Wolverton; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wolverton was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Lowell Wolverton; daughter-in-law Charlotte Wolverton; two sisters, Blonda Long; and Dollie Storer.

Sibyl was a member of the Huntsville 1st Christian Church were she was very active in the church. She was a past woman of the year. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family especially her grandchildren. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Huntsville 1st Christian Church.
