RONALD CORNELL "COREY" BROWN, 18, of Columbia, MO formerly of Huntsville, MO died February 16, 2009 in Columbia, MO. A Remembrance Memorial will be held for family and friends Thursday, February 19, 2009 form 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 5th Street Christian Church 401 N. 5th Street Columbia, MO 65201. Funeral Services will be held Friday February 20, 2009 at 3:00 pm at Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 pm Friday at the Funeral Home. A private family burial will take place at the Huntsville City Cemetery at a later date.

Ronald was born November 19, 1990 in Columbia, MO to Sherian Sanders. Survivors include his mother and father Sherry and John Sanders of Columbia. Significant other Brittney Gundo and son Jalen Patrick Brown of Columbia. 2 Brothers Demond and Alonzo Thorpe of Columbia. Grandparents Beulah Thorpe of Huntsville and Johnnie and James Taylor of Eldon. 1 great grandmother Helyn Thorpe of Moberly. Aunts and Uncles Maurice and Ronda Thorpe of Columbia, Bobby and Erika Thorpe of K.C. MO, Lorena Simpson of Moberly and Stephanie Knedler of Columbia and many more Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Corey was preceded in death by 1 grandfather Robert Thorpe, 1 uncle Darrell Simpson and 1 cousin Patrick Knedler.

Corey was Christian by fatih. He enjoyed making music and spending time with his son. Memorials can be made to Jalen Patrick Brown Scholarship Fund.
