EVA JANETTE "JAN"
(HAY) PIPPIN,
79, died February 7, 2009 at the
Beautiful Savior Nursing home in Belton, MO. Funeral Services will be
held Monday, February 9, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Patton Funeral Home in
Huntsville. Burial will be in the Huntsville City Cemetery. Visitation
will be from 12:00 PM until the time of the service Monday at the
funeral home.
Eva was born on March 26, 1929
in Cazenovia, Madison County, NY to the late George William and Ruth
Gladys (Larrabee) Hay.
Jan married James R. Pippin on
February 10, 1951 in Cazenovia, NY. She is survived by her husband and
children, Sharon Ann Hall of Black Hawk, CO; Dianne Marine Harter of
Raymore, MO; Gail Ellen Knapp of Shawnee, KS; James Michael Pippin of
Raytown, MO and a granddaughter and six grandsons.
Jan attended the Rochester
Institute of Technology majoring in merchandising and served in the U.
S. Marine Corps from March 24, 1950 to March 1, 1952. She is a member of
the Mayflower Society and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Memorials can be made to the Heartland Hospice.
