WILLIAM "BILL" LEE GULLY, 55, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at his home in Huntsville.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2008 at Patton Funeral Home in Huntsville. Rev. George Burgin will officiate. Burial will be in Huntsville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Gully was born September 8, 1952 in Huntsville to David and Loreda Summers Gully.

Survivors include his mother Loreda Gully of Huntsville, Life partner Sandra Dewolfe, 2 sons William J. and Ben T. Gully all of the home, 2 step sons Steven (Kathy) and Chuck (Bobbie), 3 step daughters Jessica (John), Michele (Richard), and Kari, 3 brothers Dean Gully (Susan), Alan Gully (Rose Marie), and Roger Gully (Chris) all of Huntsville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several aunts and uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Gully was preceded in death by his father, 2 sisters Doris Ann Hulett and Nancy Lutz.

Mr. Gully was an independent owner/operator truck driver. Bill enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Mr. Gully was a Methodist by faith.
